Terms and conditions
- Available for over 18s and UK residents only.
- Rewards are only valid if the referral results in a completion of a mortgage, life insurance, critical illness or income protection policy to qualify for payment.
- Protection policy must be in place for a minimum of 3 months.
- The offer is open to existing clients of Nightingale Mortgage Consultants making a referral to Nightingale Mortgage Consultants. Please note, clients are unable to refer themselves and the client being referred cannot be an existing client of Nightingale Mortgage Consultants.
- It is the responsibility of the person that’s been referred to clearly inform the firm of the referrer’s name. The referrer cannot pass on the referred client’s information to the firm, nor can the firm call the referred. They should advise Nightingale Mortgage Consultants before the mortgage has completed/policy has been put in place.
- The reward will be sent to the referrer upon completion of the referee’s mortgage or protection policy going on risk.
- We do not pay any rewards for new clients taking out a general insurance policy only (e.g. buildings and contents cover).
- The scheme is limited to one voucher per referred client.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made but our voucher scheme will only pay out a maximum of £150. For any referrals after this time we will revert to £25.
- In the event of a referral being received from different sources, the reward will go to whichever referrer was quoted first.
- In the event of any disputes the decision of Nightingale Mortgage Consultants is final.
- No cash alternative offered.
- Nightingale Mortgage Consultants reserve the right to withdraw it, without notice, at any time.
- The promotion is active from 11th February 2026 to 28th February 2027. Vouchers will be paid on completions up until 28th February 2028. After this time no further payments will be made even if a referee completes after this time.
